At fruit.alpropharmacy.com, we aim to offer fresh fruits at fair value for self-pickup at selected Alpro outlets. Due to the perishable nature of fruits, all items sold are strictly on an “as is” basis, and we do not accept returns or exchanges once items are collected.
However, if an issue arises, we are happy to hear from you and assist where reasonable.
1. What is Not Returnable
All fruits and fresh produce sold through fruit.alpropharmacy.com are:
- Non-returnable
- Non-exchangeable
- Non-refundable
We do not offer returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal taste preferences
- Minor blemishes that do not affect edibility
2. In the Unlikely Event of a Problem
If you find that the item collected is severely damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please notify our Customer Service on the same day of pickup.

4. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed and payment is completed, as fruits are packed and reserved upon ordering.
