Welcome to fruit.alpropharmacy.com (the “Site”), operated by Alpro Alliance Sdn Bhd (the “Company”), part of the Alpro Group. This platform provides a simple, transparent, and secure way for customers to order fresh fruits for pickup at selected Alpro outlets.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Platform Purpose

This platform is intended for the online ordering of fresh produce (mainly fruits) made available for self-collection only at selected Alpro Pharmacy outlets. The products are offered on an “as is” basis, subject to availability and seasonal variation.

2. Order Acceptance

• Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at any time, for any reason, including availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
• An order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance.

3. Product Condition

• All fruits are sold on an “as is” basis.
• As these are natural, perishable goods, variations in size, color, ripeness, and appearance are expected.
• Images on the site are for illustration purposes only and may differ from actual products.

4. Price & Payment

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made at the time of order using accepted payment methods (e.g.,FPX).
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

5. Collection & Fulfillment

• Orders must be collected at your selected Alpro outlet within the stated time in your collection notice.
• If a representative collects on your behalf, you must notify Customer Service in advance. The representative must be at least 18 years old and present the order confirmation.
• Uncollected orders will be considered fulfilled and may not be refunded or reissued.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted due to the perishable nature of fruits.
• If you receive items that are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, you must contact us on the same day with supporting photos.
• If validated, we may offer a one-time replacement.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed and paid, as items are packed upon ordering. For special cases, contact Customer Service immediately for assistance.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Alpro Alliance Sdn Bhd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse content without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is collected for order processing, communication, and service improvement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted implies acceptance of those changes.
