No. Standard franchises charge monthly royalties regardless of profits. Our Joint-Venture model is a shared-ownership approach where the partner and Alpro invest together and share in the rewards of the specific outlet.

Not necessarily. While our Optical Partners must be registered optometrists, our Retail and Multi-Outlet pathways are open to experienced managers and entrepreneurs with a strong track record in retail operations.

Not always — it depends on your personal circumstances and the partnership pathway chosen. Investment levels vary based on location and store size. We discuss financial structures transparently during the capability assessment phase, and financing assistance may be available for qualified partners.

We are actively expanding across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. During our discovery call, we can discuss specific target areas or open invitations for locations you have identified yourself.

You manage the store team and patient care. Alpro provides the POS systems, handles national marketing, manages supplier payments, and provides monthly financial performance reporting to you.

From the initial discovery call to store opening typically takes 3 to 6 months, depending on the site availability and renovation period. We move at your pace and want to make sure it's the right step for both parties.

Absolutely. We highly encourage partnership teams where clinical and retail expertise are combined. This often leads to the most successful store performances in our network.
